Sports tips and Macro lenses

Looking for a good macro lens and some tips for shooting sports.

Howdy @millette - If you're looking to dabble with macro photography, I recommend looking at Raynox DCR-250 macro adapter. It's a fantastic little adapter that instantly increases your magnification, allowing you to capture microscopic detail. It clips directly to your lens, which makes it easy to go from regular shooting to macro shooting.

In regards to capturing sports...In the beginning I would stick with 'Sports' mode (running man icon on the mode dial). Essentially, the 60D will increase the shutter speed and automatically enable continuous shooting, which allows you to freeze subject movement and rattle off a series of shots in quick succession...great for moments with lots of action.
