Camera settings messed up

While using my camera today, I noticed that the settings (presets and manual settings) were not right. I don't know how long they have been this way but I just noticed them today. For example, Auto/no flash shows as portrait and flash fires. Manual mode works fine, but Aperture, Shutter, and Program, modes don't function right as well as the other presets.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how I can fix it?

In the setting menu go to the spanner on the left, click OK, and chose the top option to reset the options.
