[Q] Best Settings for choppy video capture without any motion blur

Hello, I'm new here and I'm really excited to discover this type of forum.

I have a Nikon D5100 camera with 18-55mm basic lens and I would like to capture some nice choppy video footage without any motion blur (like these one's in action movies), even at indoor or low-light areas. I would appreciate if someone could describe me the best settings (like FPS, Auto/Manual Program, ISO, Apperture ect.) to achieve it.
