Howdy @matthew88miller - DPI or Dots Per Inch is a printer term for how many ink dots per inch will be used and doesn't mean anything to RAW image file. Without getting into a long technical explanation, you have everything setup correctly. When you go to print, you'll have more than enough resolution. Happy shooting! :)
If you have photoshop bring up your raw file and go to image, image size. Change your 240 DPI to 300 DPI. I usually use the selection tool in a ratio of 8 x 12 and then do image crop. Then image size and change my DPI to 300. Then I change my image size to 2400 x 3600. It works really well.
