I'm new here. I have the Nikon d3100 and have no clue how to use it! Help! I know the camera (and I) is capable of getting great pictures, I just need some coaching. My sons play basketball and I would love some advice on what settings to use in a gymnasium to catch actions shots.

Hello, I'm only responding because no one else has. Have you looked into Moose's cheat sheets? I plan on getting them soon because I'm sure they will help in all situations including indoor basketball. I also think if you still can't find a likable setting, you can email Moose your issues and he will personally assist you.
