Lens for close up and full body shots

a friend asked me to help take photos of her, and I haven't taken any photos since my baby was born. I only have a 18-55mm and 75-500mm lens, and she wants me to take fit frame photos. She wants some close ups and full body shots. I'm only used to taking nature photos, outdoors. Please help me out with what to use! Thank you.
