D5000 Bracketing

My D5000 Bracketing works fine on WB bracketing, that is I get three views of the same photo with three different white balance settings. But I can't seem to figure out why the AE and and ADL bracketing don't provide three/two views. Anyone have the same problem, or what am I doing wrong?
