Two copies of the same photo when uploading?

Nikki's Question:
"I have a question about my photos after they’re uploaded. Everytime I upload pictures to the computer there’s doubles, one light and one dark. The lighter of the 2 always looks better. Is this a setting or is something wrong with the cameras/upload process. PLEASE HELP!!!!"

Robbo's Answer:
Nikki, you have Image Quality set as RAW+Jpeg, so you are getting 2 copies of each picture - you need to change it to one of the Jpeg settings.
