Blurry pics with my 18-200mm VR lens

I am new to photography and can't figure out how come all my close range pictures come out nice and clear but my further pics are so blurry.

Howdy @Mandy111311 - Blur can be cause by a number of factors. What types of subjects or scenes are you trying to shoot? Do you mostly shoot outdoors in bright daylight or in low-light (dusk, dawn, nighttime, etc...)? This will help me pinpoint the issue.
