I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere; if it has, let me know. I recently purchased the Nikon D3200 with the 18-55mm VR and the 55-200mm VR lens kit. My daughter is currently doing Winterguard (indoor dance/flagwork/rifles, sabres). They dont allow flash, and I would be too far for it to make a difference anyways. I mainly used the 55-200mm (vr on) in sports mode and the pictures came out grainy and out of focus. Are there any tips for this type of indoor photography?
