I have a Nikon D3200. I have been using the Nikkor 70-300mm for sometime now, but suddenly I find that I cannot zoom in for close ups. Does this have to do with the settings?
This shouldn’t have anything to do with your camera settings. There’s nothing the camera body can do that locks the zoom barrel of your lens. Your 70-300mm doesn’t have a zoom lock switch. So I’m wondering if perhaps there’s some debris stuck in the zooming mechanism. I’d maybe bring it in to get it serviced.
