Can't upload new picture styles

I'm having trouble uploading new picture styles to my 60D. I have tried to follow the Canon web page information, but I don't seem to have "communication to pc" in my menu. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Solved my own problem. Switched to "M" and all was solved. There's no need for "Communicate to Pc". However, I would like to know if you can add additional tabs for user 4 etc?
