Forced flash in video mode

I just got a Nikon D3100 last week and when I record videos in not so great lighting, it's really dark. Is there a way to make the flash stay on in video mode?

    No, is the simple answer. If it was so, your battery would be flat in seconds and no doubt the flash bulb would have burnt out and possibly damaged the electronics. Open the aperture full, or buy a battery pack and spotlight.
