Tripod Help

I'm looking for a tripod, but I'm not sure which one to get. I'm mostly getting one for self portraits and some light painting.
Any help from picking from these two would be great. I'm leaning toward the first one, but I'm not sure.

    How did you find a Dolica? It's aluminum and has ball head and quick release (these are very important)! Of these two I recommend the Dolica hands down. For that price I would get it for myself too to test it.

    Not single seller in Eu region. If buy it from the US a 22% tax is added.
