Screen Protectors

What are the best screen protectors? I have seen ones with a view finder and screen in one. Or are the softer ones better?

    I have one of those phone protectors on mine, I just cut it down to size. I've always had one on all my phones. I don't think you need anything fancy to be honest. You can pick them up in packs on eBay very cheap, just search D3100 screen guards.

    Howdy @bez27 - I would go with a rigid lcd protector, see my write-up on the GGS LCD protector. The softer protectors tend to not be as clear or durable in my experience.

    Thanks, that looks like a good product. I want to protect my kit as best I can. Having scratches on the screen would drive me mad.

    Think I should get myself a new camera bag as my stuff is not going to be protected very well in the very basic one I have. My camera shopping is becoming like new shoes!

    You're not wrong there Moose. My husband turns a funny shade of grey when I go on the net.
