Settings For Indoor Low Light Shots

I am new at this hobby. I have just purchased the Canon 3Ti with the basic kit lens 18-55 mm. I'm heading out this evening to take pictures of my boyfriend's band without using a flash. The lighting is very low. Any suggestions on the shutter speed, aperture and ISO? Thanks.
