Focus Mode

I want to change my focus mode to Af-s but when I went to do that there are only two options which were AF-A and MF! Is that the only options I have or am I missing something? Sorry if this is dumb. I'm very new to the photography world but loving it! Thanks.

When you're shooting in Auto that's the only two options you have. If you come out of it, then you will be able to change your focus modes. Try turning the dial to A,S, or M, but bare in mind you would be using the Pro settings so start reading!
