All in one lense for Cruises

I am going on an Alaskan and Hawaiian cruise next month. I have the 18-135mm and the 55-250mm Canon lenses. Should I consider getting the Tamron 18-270mm lens so that I don't have to change lenses while on excursions?

I got that lens last June and I took it on a trip to Antigua. It was really great as an all around lens. It's lightweight too, so my wife used it a lot. We got lots of great shots both indoor and out. I highly recommend that Tamron lens for its versatility.
