Camera Shake

Do you have any tips for reducing camera shake? I'm a beginner with this camera, but I've had it for about 6 months. During that time, a lot of my photos have turned out really blurry, even on high ISO's and shutter speeds and in all of the different modes. I'm guessing there's nothing wrong with the camera, but I was wondering if there were any settings I could tweak to reduce this shake?
