Best Formatting

Hey! How can I get the best images out of my camera? What formatting do I need to do? I took some photos and every time I would blow them up they turned out very blurry... I was only blowing them up to a 5x7 size... Help!

    Could you furnish us with a little more information such as what camera you are using and with which lens. Also, what kind of pictures you were taking and on which setting.
    At the moment your request is a little like phoning a mechanic and saying "I've got a noise in my car. What's wrong with it?" LOL.
