Studio flash set-up

Is there a way of triggering my studio flash rig from the EOS 60D without using the on camera flash?

    @Vinylspider - the 60D is capable of remote triggering your flash units if your unit is compatible. The manual covers how to set this up, but I can't remember the page, sorry.
