Shutter speed for shooting a child outside

The setting for manual mode is ISO 100 or 400 in shade with an aperture of f/2, but I don't see shutter speed. What would that be?

    If this is an AF lens that meters with the camera, there should be a meter reading on the display. Start by setting shutter speed to agree with the meter, and vary as needed.
