Settings for a County Fair at night

I was wondering what are the best settings for capturing county fair shots at night with my Canon T2i? Thank you!

Howdy @waterbaby - Which lenses do you currently own? Do you have access to a speedlite (external flash) or a tripod? Also what are you intending to shoot (portraits, animals, shots of the rides, etc...)? That will help me pinpoint some settings to start with. :)
