Issues with 50mm f/1.8g Focus

I'm having an issue with the focus when taking portraits. I'm focusing on the eye like you should, yet the picture looks blurry. I am not shooting in very low light either.

Really would need a sample to solve this. So many things can affect this. Can you take photo of some random things?
