Burst Mode

@Moose,

Why can I not shoot in burst mode? I changed it in the Menu from single shot (S) to burst (picture of multiple small boxes in a row) while in Portrait mode, as I saw on your tricks for portraits. When I press the button, it still shoots single shots only.

What am I doing wrong?

@david - I know for sure you can't do a burst if the flash is popped up. First, try disabling the flash and then test the burst functionality.

If that still doesn't work, then you'll need to switch over to Aperture priority (A on the mode dial) or Program mode (P on the mode dial). Make sure the flash is disabled in either mode.
