Viewing Photos Through The Viewfinder

edited September 2012 Posted in » Nikon D3100 Forum
I never had any issues viewing my photos that I have just taken through my view finder. I find it easier and much better for me to see details and all. I sent my camera out to the shop to be fixed and it just got back. I don't remember how to view pics through the view finder instead of the outside screen where I need my glasses. Can anyone help me? Maybe there is a button I am supposed to push?

Most DSLR's have optical view finders. That means you see what the lens sees. This camera does not have the technology to view the picture taken in the viewfinder, but it does have live view mode which enables you to use the LCD screen rather than the viewfinder.
    Regards.
