Focusing a Raynox DCR-250 lens

I'm having a little trouble focusing my Raynox DCR-250 lens. It's attached to my 18-55mm Nikon lens. I have it set on close up (the little flower on the selection dial) and I've got the lowest f number I can get. Any ideas?
