On my 60D I have RAW S and RAW M. Which is best?

    As with any of these questions, it depends what you mean by "best".

    Pages 86 and 224 of the 60D manual will give you some background information and maybe help you to decide which to opt for?

    Try the same shot with each setting (indoors will avoid light changes) and see which suits your photography.
