Best Lens for Capturing Bokeh

  The 50mm f/1.8 is a nice lens but it's bokeh is not the nicest. The 50mm f/1.4 is nicer in that respect. How much are you willing to spend?

  For around $300 you should be able to purchase a mint condition used 50mm f/1.4 lens. Here is a comparison:
