  Hi, this is a very versatile lens and deserves a second look! The lens may struggle a bit in low light situations, but in most cases it can produce tack sharp pictures consistently. In my opinion, up to the 105mm distance it performs very well. I recommend use for portraits, landscapes and sporting events where lighting will permit.
