Installing Magic Lantern Using Mini USB to USB Cable

I don't have a card reader yet but I have a kingston SDHC 32gb class 10 card. I want to install Magic Lantern so can I use the mini usb to usb cable that came with my camera to install it. Is that possible?

    I don't know if it is possible using the cable.

    I purchased a USB card reader for my SD cards at the dollar store this week. This allows me to access my SD card from any computer by plugging the reader in a usb port.
