Movie question

I shot the fireworks in my area with my movie setting (I was on a boat dock & wasn't on stable ground for still pictures). I thought there was a way to capture one frame of the movie & save it as a still picture, but I'm having trouble finding out how to do this. I have a D5100 and I already downloaded the movie to my computer. Do you have any suggestions?
