Canon EF 16-35mm is it good for...

Is the Canon EF 16-35mm good for wedding photos, portraits. It's quite expensive but I am willing to buy this unless you have a suggestion to buy something else. This is what I will be using it for: Wedding photography, indoor events, portraits and models. Please suggest.

    Hi kooldesi,

Yes, you can go in for the T2i. What makes a difference is the lens you will be using for your photo shoot. Please don't ever use the kit lens 18-55mm for wedding photography/Portraits. 50mm f/1.8 is a great lens in my opinion. Don't use direct flash on the subjects as much as possible, rather always bounce it from a reflector or the walls. Or just don't use flash for things like candid and closeup shots.
