Shooting Black and White

What shooting mode do I use for black and white photo's?

    @Joanne
    It's very simple, first, select P, S, M, or A mode. Then click the MENU button, select shooting menu, and highlight "set picture control". Then select MC (monochrome) and you will be ready for takeoff! HAVE FUN! :)
