Date/JPG and RAW separation

I am using a SanDisk Extreme Plus 80mb/s 32gb memory card. When I downloaded the images they were always jpg and the raw image of the same image together. The date also came up on the computer. Now when I download, all the jpgs are on the top and after that all the raw files of the jpgs. Also there is no shooting date. What has happened to cause this?
