Pictures not displaying after shooting

I recently purchased Nikon D3100 and wanted to find out from other user's why I am unable to see the image I just shot on the screen when ever I take a picture. Thanks!

Howdy @yanegalla - It sounds like you have 'Image Review' turned off. Just access the MENU, navigate to the Playback tab and select 'Image Review'. There you'll be able to turn it on. Happy shooting. :)
