How to remove info in front of photos when I try to see them

edited April 2015 Posted in » Nikon D3100 Forum
Hi everyone,

I've just received a Nikon D3100 and I'm not sure what I did, but after I take photos, when I go to see them, a lot of info (numbers and letters) appears in front of the photos, not allowing me to see them.

How can I remove that info?

Thank you so much!

You can get the screen you want by using the up/down arrows on the camera back. Whichever screen you select will be the one you see all images in until you choose another.

There is a Playback menu setting ("playback options") for the various screens that can appear when you review photos. Much of that information is nice to have, including the histogram and the blinking highlights, and I have all the options checked.
