Indoor Studio Lighting (baby photography)

Hello! I was looking at the cheat sheets and was wondering do I use the settings on the cheat sheet for daylight being in a lighted studio? I have just received 3 softboxes (two stand alone and one on a boom). How do you position the softboxes?

Hey @msortland - The cheat sheets are meant to be used with natural (ambient) light only. I've thought about doing a set specifically for flash, but haven't got around to it. As for positioning your softboxes, I would go with a 3 point setup outlined here: http://www.mediacollege.com/lighting/three-point/
