Lens for shooting in Las Vegas

Hey Moose,

I'm heading to Las Vegas for a little getaway and want to know what a good lens would be to capture bright lights of the casinos in day light and at night? I have the Nikon D3200.

My 18-55 was my lens of choice the last time I was there, I didn't use my 55-200 at all. There were many times that a wider angle lens would have been better though.
