Nikon D3100 with Sigma 70-300mm

Hi, I'm doing an outdoor shoot next week with a model and vintage cars. I just bought my new Sigma lens, but I'm not 100% sure which settings to use for this type of shooting theme. I've done many outdoor and nature shots, but this will be my first time model with cars. Can anyone please advise me?
