Raynox DCR-250 Macro Lens

I own a D5100 with the following lenses and I was wondering if DCR-250 would work on any of them:
-18-55mm
-55-300mm
-50mm

I love to take outdoor pictures and sometimes I want to get up close but do not have the money to get a new lens right now.
