Raynox Macro attachment

Hi Moose,

I have a Nikon D3100 Camera. I have two lenses, the18-55mm kit lens and 70-300mm AFS-VR.
I am interested in macro photography and read about Raynox Macro attachments through your posts.

Please suggest to me a suitable Raynox Macro attachment to use on both these lenses. Also let me know if I can handhold my 70-300mm with the attachment to do macro photography.
